How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply fill in the Return Form enclosed in the package of your order. Select the items you are shipping back and reason for return. Once that's completed, please mail the return items along with the Return Form to our warehouse.
What is your international return/exchange policy?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed. All returned items must include their original packaging, including all tags the item came with otherwise they may not be accepted and returned back to the sender.
All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Returns/Exchanges made online with refunds to the original form of payment will have a HKD $50 handling fee and shipping fee, they will be deducted from the refund total once processed.
What are the non-refundable items?
- Any product that is returned more than 60 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any accessories.
- Any discount, clearance or sales products.
- Any free gift product and samples.
- Any product that is purchased at RURI stores.
- In the event of dispute, RURI.World's decision shall be final and conclusive.

How long will it be before I get a refund?
The refund process takes 1-2 weeks. We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
