Which payment methods can I choose from?
We only accept PayPal at the moment. Visa and Master cards are accepted through the PayPal platform.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way; simply click on the tracking link in the email to follow its journey to you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we can’t amend the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. However, orders can be cancelled up to 60 minutes after they are placed.

You can cancel an order by logging into ‘My Account’ and view your recent orders. If you see the CANCEL button next to an order, you still have time to cancel by clicking the button. If the CANCEL button is not available, then it is too late cancel the order.

There is a problem with the order I received.

How do I know if my order is successful?
